What does Exclusive Use include?

It combines the Temple and House venues, four event spaces, accommodation, tiny homes, wellness facilities and the wider 50-acre property.

How large can the group be?

There are 85 beds across the property. Camping options can expand capacity to 100+, depending on the agreed event format.

Is Exclusive Use suitable for multi-track programmes?

Yes. Four distinct event spaces allow simultaneous sessions, breakouts and different energy levels across one coherent site.

Booking the Whole Property

We work with a select number of groups each year. Many groups choose to book the whole property for a full week or longer, where the pricing and rhythm naturally support depth, continuity, and coherence.

That said, you don’t need to book for a full week. Bookings are guided by minimum investment thresholds rather than a fixed number of nights, which means shorter events can also be a good fit: particularly for larger groups that meet those minimums.
