Sharing the property is how we normally let it, which keeps New Eden open to smaller groups. Sole use is available for an additional fee. Either way we shape the service plan around your programme.

What organisers need to know
What group size does New Eden suit?
Groups of 25–70 taking the whole property, and roughly twelve to thirty-two people sharing it with one other group. A shared booking gives your group its own event room and its own bedrooms.
Can we book part of the venue?
Yes, and it is the standard way we let it. A shared booking gives your group its own private event room and its own en-suite bedrooms while a second group runs their own retreat elsewhere on the property, sharing the dining hall, the kitchen and the grounds. It costs less than taking the whole property and it suits groups of roughly twelve to thirty-two people. If you would rather have New Eden to yourselves, sole use is available for an additional fee. You choose when you enquire, and either way the details are set out in your quote.
Do we have to book for a full week?
Many groups choose a full week or longer. Shorter retreats can also be a fit when the group meets New Eden’s minimum investment threshold. The team will explain the relevant context without asking you to commit.
What practical support is available?
Our team plans catering and dietary requirements, room allocation, session-space setup, technical support, housekeeping, transfers and wellness bookings with you. The services, availability and pricing for your retreat are agreed in advance.
